- PandoDaily: Tech really is the new Hollywood…in all the worst ways – When you have a city/community with so many talented people, the wannabes will start rolling in too that are there for the experience and not because they wanna do anything.
- A VC: How Well Do You Take A Punch? – Fred brings the word. Favorite quote is… “The best entrepreneurs do this well. They can take a hit and keep moving forward.”
- TechCrunch: Detroit Hack City – Being from Michigan, I’ve seen first hand what Detroit is and what it can be. I’m excited to see how technology startups can help to revitalize the region.
- TechCrunch: 20M Members Strong, Etsy Passes $700M Mark For 2012 Sales; Nearly 100M Items Sold Overall – When Lauren said that handmade goods was big business, she wasn’t kidding. And… this is all with an ecosystem/platform that most handmade creators just barely tolerate and where users can’t actually find what they’re looking for. Think what could happen if there was a quality user experience. *cough*
