When I think of my favorite places to eat out, obviously great food is important but it’s also important to have great environment or ambiance.
Tonight, we met up with friends at Tunnicliff’s Tavern in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. It has great bar food. The photo above is their delicious Tunnicliff’s Pizza (bacon, goat cheese, and red peppers = yum!)
But, my favorite part of Tunnicliff’s is that it’s chill. There’s always plenty of people there but it never feels crowded. You can always hear the people sitting at the table with you so it’s great if you want to have a conversation.
