The monitor glare off your glasses is pretty distracting… it basically makes your eyes invisible most of the time, which I feel like is a huge downside… a big part of the attraction of video is the feeling that you are actually connecting with the person on the other end. (Which is nonsense, obviously, but I’m not smart enough to fool my natural psychological reaction.)
